Making Time and Clearing Space

Meditation is not “doing nothing,” it is giving yourself time to just “be”. Releasing yourself from daily demands for a short and beneficial time. Try to arrange a regular 15-20 minute period daily for yourself and see how it works for you. You will be pleasantly surprised at the results!

Whole Body

MIND

Healing oneself will begin once relaxation and self analyzing, daily thoughts and actions becomes daily routine. Close your Eyes, meditate, or “Power Nap” at least 20-30 minutes a day. Clear your mind and explore who you are, and identify any obstacles.

Whole Body Healing



Overcome negative thoughts that may drift into your inner energy field. Allow only the positive visions to remain. Upon opening your eyes, find yourself completely recharged, and rejuvenated. Leading a healthy lifestyle requires being able to totally focus.

Most do not recognize that “stress’’ has such a negative impact on our mind, body and soul. We must start with training our minds to accept only positive imagines!


BODY

Fruit PlateProper nutrition, such as consuming the correct amounts of water, along with “organic” fruits and vegetables allows the human body the elements to vibrate in a positive manner. This will allow our body to maintain a chemical balance. This will also enable our minds to focus and make decisions properly.

Keeping our bodies limber with exercise such as brisk walking, or simple “low” impact yoga, allows our body’s “life force” or “Chi’ to remain in balance. Keeping the body in balance both nutritional and physical, allows our body to heal and function at its highest potential.


SOUL

Last, and most importantly is to obtain harmony within the “soul”. The way universal energy passes into the body, into the soul, is through the breathe.  As you breathe in - not just air, but life force - the energy levels are maintained at appropriate levels. However, if there is disharmony with the soul, several therapies are available to help overcome this.

The white light of universal energy is considered to enter through the crown of the head and then modulated in frequency though each color levels from violet at the crown to red at the base of the spine.  We have Seven areas of ‘Life force” called Chakra’s. Proper balance of these Chakra’s pull together proper balance between the mind, body and soul.
